Refund policy

All digital services and personalized consultations are non-refundable once delivered.

Products made to order (such as tailored skincare or tallow dog treats) are also non-refundable unless damaged. Some items may be available on a pre-order basis and are governed by our Pre-Order Policy  — see details. Please ensure you read all descriptions carefully before purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase and photos as proof of damage.

Damaged products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, but no later than 5 days after receipt, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-refunable items
Refunds are not applicable for sale, discounted items, or gift cards.

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your case. If approved, you'll receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days.
