How to Use Oil Blends Containing Essential Oils

🔄 Shake gently before use
Natural ingredients may settle or separate over time. Gently shake the bottle before each application.

💧 Start with a few drops
Dispense a small amount into clean hands, warm the oil between your palms and massage it gently into the intended area. Add more only if needed—a little often goes a long way.

🧴 Keep the dropper clean
Avoid touching the dropper directly to your skin, scalp or hands. This helps prevent contamination and keeps the blend fresh.

👐 Allow time to absorb
Massage the blend using gentle, circular movements, then allow it to absorb before dressing or going to bed. Oil-based products may mark delicate fabrics, so use them sparingly.

⚠️ Avoid sensitive areas
Do not apply inside the eyes, nose or ears, or to broken and irritated skin. Wash your hands after use and always follow the directions for the individual blend.

☀️ Be aware of sun sensitivity
Some essential oils—particularly certain citrus oils—can make the skin more sensitive to sunlight and UV rays. Check the product label and avoid direct sun, tanning beds and other UV exposure on the treated area for the recommended period.
